Acknowledgement Form

This form shall be completed by all new Directors and any Directors who have been re-elected to an additional term.

Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of our, Directors, donors, members and volunteers and of the Air Cadet Foundation of British Columbia, (ACFBC) itself is a basic value of ACFBC.

Certification

I have read, in particular, the Director Conduct section on pages 2 – 4 of the Director Handbook and agree to abide by the requirements of Policies 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 as presented. I further agree to inform the President immediately, if I believe any violation (unintentional or otherwise) of the policies have occurred. I understand that any violation of these policies could lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of my service with ACFBC.
